Use a dime or small screwdriver to set the red Alphabetic Code Dial on the Appliance Module (pick a letter in the middle of the range to avoid a rare conflict with a neighbor's Appliance Modules).
Set the black Numeric Code dial on the Appliance Module to a unique number not being used for any oher Appliance Module with the same Alphabetic Code.
Check that the selected entertainment viewing appliance switch is in the ON position, unplug the viewing appliance from the receptacle and plug it into the Appliance Module.
Plug the Appliance Module into a standard 120V AC outlet.
The Appliance Module may turn the entertainment viewing appliance ON or OFF at this time.
To ensure that the P.A.R.S. Software using the X10 Transmitter can communicate with this Applicance Module do the setup in the P.A.R.S. Software as described in the "P.A.R.S. and X10" User Guide topic..
Repeat the steps above for additional Appliance Modules.
